Really good food truck. They sit outside my work a couple days a week. And honestly... when I'm hungry for something other than what I've brought for lunch, I look outside to see what food trucks are out there, and Lexie Lu's is a solid option.

If you're all about eating healthy, then LL's is not for you. They make amazing burgers and fries. They have great nachos and fantastic quesadillas. And all for under $10. Can't be beaten. One of the better food trucks going.

Yes, it is true. It is an old ambulance pulling a trailer. Don't be immature and say, "I refuse to eat out of a dirty ambulance." It's perfectly fine. The health board has cleared them. Enjoy LL's.

Saw this truck at Shakespeare in the park. I was not impressed. They were messing up orders, yelling at each other, taking over 20 mins to turn the orders out. This truck is not being managed well.

When you search for Lexie Lu's on Facebook, this is their description. Upon ordering, I was told "they didn't really have any gluten free options." Not sure why you would advertise that then. After getting my food that she assured me was GF, I got sick. My husband said his quesadilla was mediocre. They don't know how to properly advertise or run a food truck for that matter. A quesadilla and nachos shouldn't take 35 minutes.. but it did.

Excellent burgers and I heard people around us loving the quesadillas as well.  Wish we lived in Louisville to eat there more often!

This truck was parked at a local ice-cream social recently and it was the first time I'd ever heard of them. I got a burger and fries which were fairly tasty. If you like food-truck burgers, you likely won't be disappointed. One thing, though...why don't food trucks ever carry Coke Zero? When I announce my presidential bid for 2020, I will run a platform of 1) Coke Zero at food trucks and 2) Even though I'm not 35 I should still be able to run for President.
